- All print ads must be submitted with a dpi of no less than 300px/inch.
- Ads can be submitted in either PDF, JPEG or PNG file formats.
- A 3/8″ (112px at 300px/inch) bleed must be provided on all sides. Please make sure that printing does not fall into the bleed area so it is not covered by binding in booklets. Image may go to the edge of the ad, but not text.
- Page size is H 8.5″ x W 5.5″.
Deadlines
Deadline for all print ad submissions is June 1, 2024. No submissions, updates or changes will be accepted after this date.
Deadline for all web ad submissions is June 15, 2024. Only 1 web ad update will be accepted up until July 1, 2024. No submissions, updates or changes will be accepted after July 1, 2024.
Thank you for choosing to advertise in this year’s Bear Week Provincetown⢠2024 booklet. You can choose to only advertise in the booklet or advertise in both our booklet and on our website. Once you submit your ad form we will send you an invoice with your advertising choices and links to make your payment. You will also receive a link to our Dropbox so you can upload your ad files.
Please submit only PDF, JPEG or PNG files. Your invoice will include info on ad size requirements and all ads are asked to use a minimum of 300 dpi for the best print quality. If you are submitting a “2 Full Page Ad”, please specify in the comments if they are separate ads or an ad that displays across two full pages.
