It announces registration opening; additions to our event calendar; announcements for our Bear Perks Page such as retail\, rental\, food and event discounts; special announcements about events that have been added to our registration packages and much more. \nVisit our newsletter ad form for ad sizes and prices. To be included in the current months newsletter please submit ads by the 5th of the month. Newsletters are normally emailed to our subscribers by the 10th of the month. Our newsletter goes out to nearly 1\,000 subscribers each month and that number grows each week closer to our event.
