When will you be attending Bear Week Provincetown?

July 11-18 (Full Week)
July 11-14 (1st Weekend thru Tuesday night)
July 15-18 (We are working on a possible second Game Night either during the day or night on the July 15, 17 or 18.)

Game Night is currently scheduled for Monday July 13, 2026 at the Masonic Lodge from 9pm-midnight.

We will be listing the names of game leaders on our RSVP confirmation forms. Do you have a Dungeon Master or Leader character name you go by?

If no, we will use only your first name as game leader.

Game Night 2.0 player RSVPs include the game they would like to play, their name and which event date they will be attending (if applicable).

Reservations for games close on June 30 (earlier if we have a limited number of game leaders). You will recieve a list of players in your group, including their name and character name.

If you have people who are already interested in being apart of the game you are leading, have them request you ASAP so we can close the reservation for your group. If you already know the people, list them in the comment section below and I will handle the reservation confirmations. Otherwise, groups are formed on a first come, first served basis.

A table will be reserved in your name (or character name) and the game you are leading.

We will be there around 8:30 on Monday night to setup the screens for the video games. So you can come in early to setup if necessary.

If we are able to secure a second date and location you will be the first to know. You are not obligated to participate in the additional date, but it would be appreciated if you could.

Drinks, snacks and pizza will be provided at the event.
