Thank you for choosing to advertise in the Bear Week Provincetown Newsletter.

Thank you for choosing to advertise in this year's Bear Week Provincetown Newsletter. As of March 2026, we email our newsletter to nearly 1000 subscribers each month and that numbers continues to grow daily the closer we get to Bear Week Provincetown. Ads are not limited to Provincetown or Bear Week.

1) The newsletter is published from January through August of each year leading up to Bear Week Provincetown and a wrap up newsletter is sent in August.
2) Ads come in two sizes:
A: Square = 2"x2" (recommended for QR company codes or click thru web links) Price: $5.00
B: Banner= 2"x 8.25" (recommend for typical banner ads, can include QR codes and will have click thru web links) Price: $18
3) Buy three or more months, receive a 10% discount.
4) File types accepted: .PNG, .JPG, .PDF
5) You can pay for your ad and upload your files directly to our Dropbox.
8) Ads not ready? All ads can also be sent as email attachments to ptownbearweek@gmail.com ATTN: Ad manager.

Rules for creating ads

No profanity or hate speech is allowed in ads.

No full nudity. Jocks, bathing suits and underwear are acceptable.
