Registration for Bear Week Provincetown 2026 Packages are now available for purchase (starting March 15, 2026). A description of each package and what it covers is below. Once you know which package you would like to purchase, you can use the Eventbrite checkout at the bottom of the page.

Registration Packages

Full Week Package:
July 11-18, 2026
Price: $200

  • Bear Tag:
    – This will get you into PtownBear sponsored events for free.
    – It will also get you into many of the clubs for free or a reduced door charge. (Not all clubs participate in this discount. It is at the discretion of the club management.)
    – You can receive discounts at retail and food establishments when shown. A list of participating locations will be published on our website and in our event booklet as they sign on.
    – A list of discounted tours will also be available once they are confirmed.
  • Tea Dance Pass for Boatslip Resort:
    – Your 7 day Tea Dance Pass will allow you free entrance into the Boatslip for entire the week.
    – It also includes a free chaise and towel on the deck and access to the pool. This is on a first come, first serve basis. This perk is available daily from 9:30am to 3:00pm.
  • Run T-shirt:
    – Your registration fee includes this year’s run t-shirt that is only for registered guests. Don’t forget to list your size in your registration form on Eventbrite. One t-shirt per registrant.
  • Meals included: (location and times for these events to be confirmed)
    – Sunday: John Burrows Memorial BBQ
    – Monday: Pancake Breakfast
    – Additional BBQs and meals events TBA

First Weekend Package:
July 11-14, 2026
Price: $150

  • Bear Tag:
    – This Bear Tag is only good from July 11-14. Events after the 14th will have to be paid for at the door at venue’s current cover charge.
    – This will get you into PtownBear sponsored events for free.
    – It will also get you into many of the clubs for free or a reduced door charge. (Not all clubs participate in this discount. It is at the discretion of the club management.)

Second Weekend Package:
July 15-18, 2025
Price: $150

  • Bear Tag:
    – This Bear Tag is only good from July 15-18 and cannot be picked up prior to the 15th. Events prior to the 15th will have to be paid for at the door at venue’s current cover charge. All packages must be picked up by 4pm on Friday July 17th. If you are unable to retrieve your package in time, please email us at ptownbearweek@gmail.com to make other arrangements.

Important!

When filling out your Eventbrite registration, PLEASE fill it out completely. Please fill in all required information in all fields. If you don’t, Eventbrite will consider your registration incomplete and not list you as a registered guest of the Provincetown Bears when we print out our registration lists.

Please fill in a name for each individual you may be registering along with your own registration. If you are are registering 4 friends along with your own registration, please list each individual’s name. You can use your own email to receive confirmations, but you must list the person’s name on each registration. This avoids confusion and delays at the registration check-in tables at the event if you aren’t the person picking up all the registration packages at the once.

Please supply your t-shirt size, along with any other’s you register along with your package. This makes sure that all registrants get the correct t-shirt size with their registration package.

*Other events sponsored by other promoters, clubs or resorts that are not directly affiliated with the Ptown Bears are not covered by our packages. Only packages purchased through our onsite links and Eventbrite page cover our events. Some venues sell their own Bear Week event packages, these do not cover PtownBear events. Those packages only cover events at their venue. Some events may overlap. If they do, they will be listed on our calendar of events and in our event booklet. Only then will you be able to use your Bear Tag to enter that event.
