Would you like to volunteer during Bear Week Provincetown 2026?

Volunteering during Bear Week is a great way to meet people, see what different venues have to offer and be part of a one of a kind event! All volunteers receive a Team Bear t-shirt as a thank you for your help during this town-wide event.

Please be aware that our Volunteer Coordinator will not be in touch with you until May, 2026. At that time he will go over the availability you offered and confirm which events you will be assigned to. By then we will have a better idea of which events we will need extra help at. You do not have to register for Bear Week Provincetown to be a volunteer.

What days of the week would you be available to volunteer?
We have events that run throughout each day of the week. Please check all the times you would like to volunteer. Our volunteer coordinator will be in touch with you with events that will need volunteers, what duties you will have during the event and how long your volunteer shift will be. Normally, most shifts are two to three hours long and day shifts are usually done by 4pm so not to interfere with Tea Dance. A more comprehensive list of events and times will be provided closer to the event.
Volunteers receive a free TEAM BEAR t-shirt to wear during their shifts and take home as a thank you for volunteering.
