Booklet Print Ad Info

  • Print ad page size is H 8.5″ x W 5.5″.
  • All print ads must be submitted with a dpi of no less than 300px/inch.
  • Print Ads are requested to be submitted in .PNG file formats. (Ads submitted as .PDFs can be reformatted at our end.)
  • An 1/4″ (25px at 300px/inch) bleed must be provided on all sides. Please make sure that text does not fall into the bleed area so it is not covered by binding in booklets. Image may go to the edge of the ad, but not text. (See downloadable PDF for instructions and examples)
  • Ad pages will have an 1/4″ white frame border. Ads will be displayed edge to edge with no white column or row between ads. Click here for examples.

Web Banner Ad Info

  • Web Ad suggested size: 1950px X 400px horizontal banner. Other ads can be adapted if not banner style. (See above ad banner to get an idea of how your ad will appear on the website.) Your web ad will be included on all major pages including Homepage, registration page, news & update page and Bear Market Provincetown page (including 2025 vendor list page). The only page an ad won’t be visible on is the event calendar page. The plug-in we use won’t let us display it there. But ads for events are attached to the events listed in the calendar.
  • Web Ad can be submitted in either PNG, JPEG or JPG file formats. (Ads submitted as .PDFs can be reformatted at our end.)

Deadlines

Deadline for all print ad submissions is June 15, 2026. No submissions, updates or changes will be accepted after this date.

Deadline for all web ad submissions is June 30, 2026. Only 1 web ad update will be accepted up until July 5, 2026. No submissions, updates or changes will be accepted after July 5, 2026.

Thank you for choosing to advertise in this year’s Bear Week Provincetown 2026 booklet.

1) You can choose to advertise in the booklet; advertise in both our booklet and on our website; or advertise in our website banners.
2) All website ads will appear on select pages on our website including the Homepage, Bear Week Provincetown Registration Page, News & Updates page, Contact page, Events Landing Page, Perks Page and will stay visible on our site until April, 2026 when we start accepting new ads for the 2026 event.
3) You can submit your payment right from our form.
4) Please download our .PDF file with all sizes of available ads. We will not be held responsible for ads not formatted to the correct size and need to be manipulated to fit requested size.
5) Please submit .PNG or .JPG files for all ads. If your ad is in a .PDF file format, no problem. We can reformat it for our website.
6) Please make sure your print ads are formatted to 300 DPI (Dots per Inch) for the best printing quality.
7) If you are submitting a “2 Full Page Ad(s)”, please specify if they are separate ads. We currently cannot accept ads that display across two full pages.
8) All ads can be uploaded directly to our Dropbox below by either clicking on the upload section or dragging and dropping them to upload area. You can also send them as email attachments to ptownbearweek@gmail.com ATTN: Ad manager.
