Refund Policy
You can request a refund up to 7 days prior our event. Processing fees are included in registration price and Eventbrite’s processing fees are nonrefundable.
* Processing and ticket fees for the Early Bird packages are $14.99, so your refund will be $185.01.
** Full Price package processing and ticket fees are $16.97, your refund will be $213.03.

- Bear Week 7 day Boatslip Tea Dance Pass and deck chair w/ towel (Limited number of chairs available daily. First come, first serve basis, so get there early!)
- Locker Room Bears: The Singlet Party – Boatslip
- The John Burrows Memorial BBQ – Provincetown Inn
- Discounts at many local stores and restaurants.
- Free or discounted cover charge at many of the dance clubs.
- Check back for additional saving with your dog tag. A running list will be provided and updated as new venues and discounts are confirmed.
One-of-a-Kind Events
Provincetown is home to theaters, movie theaters, cabarets, walking tours, bus tours, art galleries, restaurants, bars and night clubs all holding events focused on the Bear community for this week long event.
Team Bear
Team Bear will provide support throughout your visit to Provincetown. Team Bear is a collection of PtownBears members and volunteers. The Bear Booth is your one stop for questions about events, flyers for shows, listing for each day’s PtownBears’ sponsored events, PtownBears’ merch and much more. The Bear Booth is located near Town Hall at 254 Commercial Street. Members of Team Bear will be at each of our sponsored events should you need assistance.
